Why the codecourse quality assurance website is pants

I came across this site on a search for quality assurance techniques. It's actually a really useful site explaining how to develop software. Slight problem with their implementation of their own site however, which has this rather embarrassing popup whenever I view the page. Note: If you do not see the popup when using Internet Explorer look for the yellow triangle in the bottom left hand corner of the browser window instead.
